1. About this Policy

1.1. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through roomplanstudio.com.

1.2. The Website is operated by CREATEVIA LIMITED, company number 17155993, with its registered address at Dept 6716, 126 East Ferry Road, Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom, E14 9FP.

1.3. This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the Service

2.1. Room Plan Studio provides digital products and related digital services.

2.2. After the user uploads room photographs, selects preferences, and submits instructions, our system arranges the generation and delivery of AI-generated interior design results in digital form.

2.3. The resulting files and outputs are supplied digitally, stored in the user account, and may be available for download.

3. No Refunds After Immediate Supply Begins

3.1. By placing an order, the user requests the immediate supply of digital content and related digital services.

3.2. At checkout, the user must expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right to cancel will be lost once supply has begun.

3.3. Once processing has started, generation has begun, or the digital content has been made available in the user account, the user loses the right to cancel for a change of mind and is not entitled to a refund on that basis.

3.4. This applies because the user has asked us to begin immediate supply of digital content before the end of the cancellation period.

4. No Change-of-Mind Refunds

4.1. We do not offer refunds where:

4.1.1. the user changes their mind after purchase;

4.1.2. the user no longer wants the design results;

4.1.3. the user dislikes the style, mood, colour palette, or creative interpretation of the generated output;

4.1.4. the user entered incorrect preferences, prompts, or uploaded images; or

4.1.5. the order has already entered processing, generation, delivery, account availability, or download status.

5. When a Refund or Other Remedy May Be Available

5.1. Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any mandatory rights the user may have under applicable consumer law.

5.2. If the digital content or digital service is faulty, not supplied with reasonable care and skill, or not as described, the user may be entitled to a legal remedy.

5.3. Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate remedy may include:

5.3.1. repeat performance;

5.3.2. repair or replacement, where applicable;

5.3.3. a price reduction; or

5.3.4. a full or partial refund where required by law.

5.4. A refund will also be considered where:

5.4.1. the user was charged more than once for the same order;

5.4.2. we accepted payment but failed to supply the purchased service due to our own technical or operational error; or

5.4.3. we are otherwise legally required to provide a refund.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances Specific to AI Output

6.1. The service uses AI systems to generate visual design concepts from uploaded images and user instructions.

6.2. Because the outputs are personalised and generated on demand, the service is treated as immediately supplied digital content and/or digital services once processing begins.

6.3. The user understands that AI-generated results may vary and may include different interpretations of the request.

6.4. Variations in style, composition, furniture selection, colours, textures, lighting, layout emphasis, or realism do not by themselves make the service faulty and do not create an entitlement to a refund.

7. Requesting a Refund Review

7.1. If the user believes they are entitled to a refund or other remedy, they must contact us at info@roomplanstudio.com.

7.2. The request should include:

7.2.1. the account email address;

7.2.2. the order details;

7.2.3. a description of the issue; and

7.2.4. any supporting screenshots or evidence, where available.

7.3. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to review the request.

7.4. We will assess each request in accordance with this Refund Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and applicable law.

8. Method and Timing of Refunds

8.1. Where a refund is approved, it will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise required by law.

8.2. We will aim to process approved refunds within a reasonable time.

8.3. Where a statutory refund is due under applicable law, it will be made within the legally required period.

9. Chargebacks

9.1. If a user believes a charge was made in error, they should contact us first at info@roomplanstudio.com so that we can review the issue and attempt to resolve it.

9.2. We reserve the right to contest unjustified chargebacks, including where digital content was supplied, made available in the user account, or downloaded after the user requested immediate performance.

10. Changes to this Policy

10.1. We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

10.2. Any updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised last updated date.
